Today, Home Guards (Vinyl Guards) did formaldehyde removal treatment and deep floor cleaning in unit today. The crews are very professional, they perform a thorough defect checks for my flooring (even better than my defects check inspector), explained their procedure, put protection to the power sockets. Sent me photos of the completed floor cleaning, the before and after formaldehyde readings. I am very pleased with their completed job and also glad that I did the formaldehyde removal treatment. They also left me with instructions on how to maintain my flooring and cabinets to ensure the formaldehyde will continue to release. On average, the formaldehyde level dropped by 90% in all the areas (different rooms and different part of living room) - 10 locations Thanks to Home Guards!

The process from enquiry to booking was so smooth. Service staff really know their products. Also, excellent cleaning service from the cleaning personnel. I wasn’t 100% happy with the post-reno cleaning result of a regular cleaning co. So I got in touch with Vinyl Guards and had to think twice cos of the price. But after a week living with the “normal” post-reno clean, which was good in every way except the floor still felt dusty, I bit the bullet and hired VG. I appreciate their flexibility with Mon–Sat slots available, their clarity on what they can do and appropriate aftercare, and their trust in the customer to see the evidence for themselves. I am delighted with how clean and shiny my SPC flooring is now and they even managed to get the dried cement off my kitchen tiles.
